2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to provide our free concierge service:

• Contacting you to confirm your request and provide status updates.
• Contacting public, third-party auto repair shops on your behalf to inquire about their schedule and bay availability.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or lease your personal information. To facilitate your appointment, we share your vehicle details and service needs with the specific independent repair shop you select, or alternative shops within the Confirm Garage pilot network in your immediate area, strictly for the purpose of securing an appointment slot. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.

We utilize standard digital safeguards to protect your submitted information. All requests are processed securely.

1. Independent Directory & Concierge Disclosure

Confirm Garage operates strictly as a free directory and booking concierge. We do not operate any automotive repair facilities, employ mechanics, or perform any physical vehicle services. We aggregate public listings of highly-rated local shops to help drivers find open schedules.

2. Service & Transactions

Our standard concierge booking service is currently provided free of charge to consumers. Confirm Garage reserves the right to introduce premium paid features in the future with prior notice. Confirm Garage does not issue binding quotes, process payments for repairs, or markup invoices. All financial transactions, final repair estimates, warranties, and service authorizations occur directly between you and the third-party automotive repair facility.

3. Driver Responsibilities

By utilizing our service to find an open shop, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
• Communicate directly with the matched shop regarding your arrival time and final repair approval.

4. Limitation of Liability

Confirm Garage coordinates appointment matchmaking in good faith but assumes no liability for the actual repairs. We are not responsible for mechanical defects, diagnostic errors, pricing disputes, property damage, or delays occurring at external shop properties. Drivers retain all consumer rights and obligations directly with the licensed third-party repair entity executing the work.

5. Consent to Communications

By submitting a booking request and providing your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive communications from Confirm Garage, including phone calls and text messages (SMS), solely regarding your service inquiry, appointment status, and concierge coordination. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP". 6. Third-Party Services and No Endorsement

Confirm Garage curates a directory of highly-rated independent repair shops based on public reviews and community reputation. However, the inclusion of a shop on our platform does not constitute a legally binding endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of their services, qualifications, or pricing. You are solely responsible for evaluating the shop before authorizing any repairs.

7. Platform Availability and 'As-Is' Use

The Confirm Garage platform and its concierge matchmaking services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or that a matchmaking request will successfully result in an available shop bay.
